We are all about educating our clients to make changes for life rather than just providing a short term quick fix.
Using a scientific approach to nutrition, we make sure our clients understand what the underlying issues might be affecting their wellbeing and we providing clear cut easy to understand explanations (plenty of drawings and flow charts!)
We understand that everyone is an individual and responds to different things so we take the time and work with our clients to understand their backgrounds, their "why's" and come up with effective sustainable plans specific to their needs and goals.
We provide personalised nutrition plans, (with recipes and suitable substitutions) - 2 weeks at the initial consultation and 2 weeks at the follow up session. These are tailored to our client's specific needs, food preferences and goals, they have been very popular as they are delicious, flexible and simple to follow.
They also give our clients a headstart in learning what particular foods and portion sizes work for them and what they should focus on as they continue on in their health journey.
